Great for all your additional equipment needs! Last minute rentals, backgrounds etc.
The studio can accommodate small and large productions.

L-shape, main shooting area is 21' wide x 54' long and client lounge is 15' x 24' feet.
Total studio area is 1600 Sq Ft.

11 feet high ceiling, and beautiful hardwood floors.
Great client lounge area, with kitchen and private bathroom.

Photography Rental Rates:
$85.00/hr from, 9AM-6PM Monday to Friday
With a minimum rental of 5 hours
Video, TV and Film Rates:
$115.00/hr from, 8AM-7PM Monday to Friday
With a minimum rental of 5 hours
Talent Castings Rental Rates:
$150.00/hr from, 9AM-6PM Monday to Friday
With a minimum rental of 5 hours
Special Events (75 pl. Max capacity) Rental Rates:
$200.00/hr
With a minimum rental of 5 hours
Payment in full is due 48hrs prior to rental
50% non-refundable deposit is required to hold the space!
Proof of valid liability insurance is required at the time of deposit
Reduced rates are available for consecutive rental days.
Additional lighting and grip equipment, available for rent at extra rental charge.
